Milton William Cooper or Bill as he was affectionately known, was raised in an Air Force family. He was born on May 6, 1943 and grew up in many different countries. He graduated from Yamato High School in Japan and served with the Strategic Air Command, United States Air Force. He held a secret clearance working on B-52 bombers, KC-135 refueling aircraft, and Minuteman missiles. William Cooper, received his Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force in 1965.

 
Bill joined the United States Navy and was a member of the Office of Naval Security and Intelligence serving as a Harbor and River Patrol Boat Captain at Danang and the Dong Ha River Security Group, Cua Viet, Republic of Vietnam. William Cooper was awarded several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two "V" for Valor.

Bill served on the Intelligence Briefing Team for the Commander In Chief of the Pacific Fleet and was privy to classified information. He was the Petty Officer of the Watch and designated KL-47 operator in the Command Center at Makalapa Hawaii. There he held a Top Secret, Q, SI, security clearance.

Milton William Cooper achieved the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1,
E-6 after only 8 years of Naval service, which is a very difficult achievement
and received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy on December 11, 1975.  

Bill earned an Associate of Science Degree in Photography from Long Beach City College and founded the Absolute Image Studio and Gallery of Fine Art Photography in Long Beach, California.

He held the position of Executive Director of Adelphi Business College, Pacific Coast Technical Institute, and National Technical College. Bill was the National Marketing Coordinator for National Education and Software.

He produced several documentaries covering subjects such as the Kennedy assassination and secret black projects that have built flying disk shaped craft.

In his Navy days, Bill saw a "space craft" swoop down from the sky, splitting the water apart like the Red Sea and disappearing into the fathoms.

Government documents he was privy to appeared to conceal critical information about contact with an alien race beginning in 1947, the same year the CIA was created and the same year Operation Paperclip which brought the best and brightest Nazi doctors and scientists into Our Government.

If you are not aware of these facts, it doesn't surprise me.   You will not learn about the truth in school, or on CIA COINTELPRO History Channel presentations guided by Project Mockingbird.

Bill set out to expose the information about the aliens. Years later, he deduced that the documents and alien technology he witnessed was really part of a U.S. Government secret weapons program disguised as alien intervention.   The Illuminati plan to fabricate an alien invasion dates back to at least 1917.

In fact, Orson Welles October 30, 1938 War of the Worlds broadcast was in actuality a population control psy-op conducted by the U.S. Office of Strategic Services (O.S.S), the predecessor of the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.).

The phony alien invasion psy-op proved so successful, the Illuminati controllers of the CFR may even use it again. 

The first two thirds of the infamous 1938 broadcast was presented in a series of very realistic simulated news bulletins, which suggested to many listeners that an alien invasion by Martians was actually occurring.

Many listeners only heard only a portion of the broadcast and mistook it for a genuine news broadcast.   Newspapers reported that mass panic ensued, with people across the Northeastern United States and Canada fleeing their homes.  

Paul White head of CBS News wrote:

"The telephone switchboard, a vast sea of light, could handle only a fraction of incoming calls. The haggard Welles sat alone and despondent. "I'm through," he lamented, "washed up." I didn't bother to reply to this highly inaccurate self-appraisal. I was too busy writing explanations to put on the air, reassuring the audience that it was safe. I also answered my share of incessant telephone calls, many of them from as far away as the Pacific Coast."

 

Within one month, newspapers had published 12,500 articles about the broadcast and its impact, although the story dropped off the front pages after a few days. 

Orson Welles infamous 1938 War of the Worlds broadcast was an intentional psyop executed by the U.S. Office of Strategic Services (O.S.S), the pre-cursor of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a population behavior experiment. 

Listeners tuned in to what they thought was a real invasion by Martians. The broadcast was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation through The Princeton Radio Project and coordinated with members of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Orson Welles famously apologized for the hysteria the radio show created, although of course he was tasked  to adapt H. G. Wells' fiction book , "The War of the Worlds" into a radio format in order to study the behavior of citizens under panic conditions.  

Welles was hired by the O.S.S. under the supervision of psychologist
Dr. Paul F. Lazarsfeld, Frank Stanton, who would become the future head of CBS Radio and Television, and Dr. Hadley Cantril. 

Not only was the panic created by a fictional Martian invasion the night before Halloween anticipated by its producers, the program was purposely crafted to create mayhem and terror.

This very first electronic mass media "psy-op" was heard by over 6 million people, 1,700,000 of whom believed the broadcast to be genuine, and 1,200,000 of whom were frightened enough to take action and prepare
to fight the invaders.

Using an interrupting news-bulletin in the middle of regular music programming was deemed manipulative and deceptive, but of course,
the "unforeseen" public reaction was indeed the plan and precisely the perpetrators wished to achieve and analyze.

This psy-op was used to judge susceptibility to phobias, fatalism and the
fear of war.  The general public was later interviewed and their reactions
noted and paired against belief systems, education, reading materials, job security, etc.   All kinds of feelings.

"The Invasion from Mars -- A Study in the Psychology of Panic." , a paper written by Hadly Cantril explores the power and influence the War Of The Worlds radio broadcast had on people and the effects upon a population under the direct influence of fear.

This psy-op coincided with the dawn of the age of television.    Only two years later with Rockefeller Foundation money, Cantril established the Office of Public Opinion Research at Princeton.

Among the studies conducted by the Office of Public Opinion Research at Princeton was analyzing the effectiveness of propaganda produced by the Office of Strategic Services.

During WWII, Edward R. Murrow, also a CFR member, was paid by the Rockefeller Foundation and Dr. Cantril to monitor Nazi radio propaganda
to so the their techniques could be implemented in America.

Remember, the Nazi's were the first to utilize television as a propaganda tool disguised as entertainment and "news".    Television was created by the Nazis strictly for propaganda purposes.    Why should we wonder that U.S. television has been anything different?   In fact, America copied Nazi programming.  Note the word: PROGRAMMING.  Radio and Television broadcasts from day one were referred to as PROGRAMMING.

The first popular American television variety show, "The Texaco Star Theatre" with Milton Berle which debuted in 1948 was a carbon copy of  Nazi television sans anti-Jewish propaganda. 
 The O.S.S. social control experiment was a complete success. Americans could be swayed by what they hear, read and see.  To this day, We the People are indeed manipulated and controlled by these powerful mediums of radio and all forms of multimedia and the oligarchs who own the tilted and rigged system. 

The elite will stop at nothing to install the New World Order.  To these adept Luciferians who worship the Mysteries at the top of the food chain, the end always justifies the means.

Given the undeniable and ever growing Hollywood and pop-culture popularity of all things alien for the last 97 years,  they may even use the ploy again.
Recently even Bill Clinton, who has never made any public statement with political purpose has been talking about aliens. 

In the 1980's Ronald Reagan famously asked us all to imagine if there was an alien threat to mankind, the divided world would come at once come together in unity to save humanity.

The alien agenda is one of several cataclysmic psyops conjured up by the elitists at the JASON Society who are of the Highest Order of Secret Societies known as the Order of the Quest.  These scenarios  are designed to over time affect the changes necessary to install the New World Order Luciferian, one world, totalitarian socialist government.
 
By the late 1980's William Cooper became an internationally acclaimed radio personality broadcasting the HOUR OF THE TIME on WBCQ worldwide short-wave 7.415 MHz from 10 PM until 11 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Thursday nights.
Bill of course also authored,  BEHOLD A PALE HORSE  (1991).    The book has become the best selling underground book of all time. It is read and promoted by word of mouth by People of all races, religions, and nationalities.

Bill Cooper lectured around the world and in every State in the Union.  He
founded Harvest Trust, the CAJI News Service, VERITAS, a national full size newspaper, The Intelligence Service, Harvest Publications, and has helped over 700 low power FM affiliate stations get equipped and on the air including the station he managed as Trustee for the Independence Foundation Trust, 101.1 FM Eagar, Arizona, broadcasting to more than 7,000 people.

Harvest Trust published Oklahoma City: Day One by Michele Marie Moore on the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995.

Shortly after the bombing Rush Limbaugh read a White House memo on the air during his broadcast which named William Cooper, "the most dangerous radio host in America".   Funny, coming from a corrupt, degenerate, womanizing, New World Order globalist, Rhodes scholar drop out, draft dodging traitor.

Cooper considered Clinton's memo as the greatest compliment that he ever received. Bill Cooper's FBI file, required by his security clearances while in military service, was one of those unlawfully in possession of the White House in what has become known as, "Filegate".

President Clinton illegally ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution, and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? The current I.R.S scandal with Lois Lerner targeting Patriots and Tea Party groups is not an anomaly nor is it new.  

After years of filing FOIA requests on the I.R.S, William Cooper brought suit against the I.R.S in Federal District Court in Phoenix Arizona to force the IRS to produce proof of jurisdiction and delegation of authority which the IRS was unable to do.

To sabotage Bill Cooper's attempt to reveal the true nature of the criminal IRS, and to carry out the orders of the White House, the agency lied to a Grand Jury, not allowing William Cooper to testify, secured indictments against him and his wife Annie. This ploy successfully stopped Mr. Cooper from continuing his suit against the criminal IRS for fear of being arrested.

A 1996 Bill Cooper lecture from Lansing, Michigan eerily foreshadows events unfolding today. Only a blind, brainwashed fool in denial will refuse to see how much of what Bill Cooper stated would happen in the future indeed has. There can be no doubt of the very real conspiracy to create a purely evil one world, totalitarian socialist government. A New World Order.

In July 1998 Cooper was erroneously charged with tax evasion and an arrest warrant was issued but not executed. This resulted in Cooper being named a "major fugitive" by the US Marshals Service in 2000, although the Government knew exactly where Cooper was and of course what he was doing:

William Cooper also exposed Alex Jones as the fear mongering COINTELPRO shill that he is, after the infamous "WAR OF THE WORLDS, Y2-K PSYOP"  that Jones spewed on 12/31/1999 including lies about Russian attacks on nuclear bases in the U.S. and hundreds of thousands being killed in chaotic attacks that of course never occurred.

Here, Cooper exposed Alex Jones. Notice, Cooper mentions his issues with the I.R.S. on this segment of Hour Of The Time. Cooper was personally targeted by President Bill Clinton and the I.R.S. This truly echoes of the Obama I.R.S scandal ignored by the controlled mainstream media as a "phony scandal". Like Benghazi. And having similar bogus I.R.S. issues, I can certainly relate.

In March of 1999 Bill sent his family out of the United States for their security but continued is research work and radio broadcasts.
 
Incredibly, due to his CAJI intelligence sources, Milton William Cooper predicted on air on June 28, 2001 that an attack on the United States was imminent and that would it be blamed on Osama Bin Ladin, but it would be those behind the New World Order who were really behind the plot.

After September 11, 2001, Bill went full steam ahead on air. CAJI, Cooper's own private intelligence capabilities were second only to the CIA. He was getting the truth out.  On 9/15/01 Cooper wrote the following article:

Less than two months after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, on November 5, 2001, Apache County Sheriff's Deputies shot and killed Bill Cooper at his Eager Arizona home. Authorities claimed to be attempting to serve an arrest warrant for bogus charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangerment stemming from an alleged earlier dispute with a group of local residents.

Federal authorities reported Cooper had spent years trying to avoid capture on the 1998 tax evasion arrest warrant, but they knew where he was at all times. While attempting to serve the bogus arrest warrant a gun battle ensued. In the maylay Bill Cooper shot one of the deputies in the head before he was fatally shot in the doorway of his home.

The media addressed the set up like Bill Cooper was John Dillinger, only crazier. What a travesty of justice. God rest your soul, Milton William Cooper, you lived and died a man of courage and honor.

Bill Cooper was railroaded and murdered by the forces behind the New World Order because he was so successful at exposing the Secret Government and their genocidal goals.

          Nov. 6, 2001  

Details are still sketchy on what caused the Cooper shootout on November 5, 2001, but a fax sent from the Apache County Sheriff's office sheds some more light on the subject. William Cooper was fatally wounded during a late night gunfight. Contrary to what was reported earlier, it was not a SWAT raid, but a simple confrontation between police and Cooper. One Apache County deputy, Robert Martinez was critically wounded in the exchange. Here's what we know so far:  

According to the Sheriff's report, several deputies were positioned outside the Cooper residence to serve a warrant for Aggravated Assault and two counts of endangerment. Cooper had stated numerous times in the past that he would not surrender to law enforcement via his website and shortwave radio. Obviously, law enforcement took him seriously. The showdown began at approximately 12:15 pm local time.

After leaving his residence in his vehicle, the report states that Cooper confronted plain clothed deputies a short distance away. "As Cooper drove back to his residence, deputies attempted to stop him using a fully marked patrol vehicle to block the driveway. Cooper refused to stop or comply with verbal orders by the deputies", according to the report.

Cooper then drove around the patrol car to evade the arrest, and the report stated that he tried to run over one of the deputies en route back to his residence. Cooper was then followed a short distance to his residence where this time he was confronted by uniformed deputies. "After refusing once again to comply with the deputies orders, Cooper exited his vehicle and began running toward the house, firing shots with a handgun toward the deputies", the report said. No where in the report did it mention that Cooper only had one leg - the other lost in combat long ago. Cooper died on the scene. 
 

When Deputy Martinez took a head shot, officers returned fire, the report said. According to the Sheriff's office, "the surgery on Martinez went well" , but the condition is still critical. There was a positive history written up about Martinez in the report, but nothing positive about Cooper, of course.

Cooper had made it known that he would take action against law enforcement from years back stating, "trespassers will be shot on discovery." He also denied violating any laws during that period as well.

Bill Cooper had a history of harassing and threatening local residents with deadly force, according to the report. He was recently charged with aggravated assault and endangerment, as well as wanted by the U.S. Marshall's Service on unrelated felony charges. Cooper had spent the last month challenging the government's claims about what caused the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11.

Most who knew of Cooper all state that he was a hard man to get along with - if at all. His demeanor and attitude was "unfriendly" at best.

the hundreds of broadcasts of Milton William Cooper would deduce that he
was a loving, compassionate man. Only such vile evil scum could try to berate, discredit and condemn a man as honest and caring as Bill Cooper. May they

Although state-sponsored media called Cooper a "national militia leader", no one has yet to come forward who was under his command, nor has anyone to this point come forward to claim his 'militia rank'. None of those who knew Cooper and spoke to Sierra Times wanted to go on the record, but the best statement was, "he was a son-of a bitch, but he was our son-of-a bitch".

The new Patriot Act of 2001 has many wondering if the Cooper take down was just the beginning in silencing the voices on opposition in the Country. "Are they just starting in alphabetical order?" one person asked. Cooper was best known for being the first to provide evidence of explosives being found inside the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, including the type of explosive used.

According to his webmaster, "It appears at this time to be totally unrelated to the disputes he had with the federal government." There were no federal agents involved with the gunfight.

In May, 1983, Congressman Larry P. Mc Donald also exposed this plot on the national television on the show CROSSFIRE, including the fact that the Council on Foreign Relations controls the US State Department and supports communism.
He was ridiculed on air by CIA Project Mockingbird agent and Crossfire host Tom Braden,  but Mc Donald got the best of him and a lot of truth out.

Not surprisingly, on September 1, 1983 Congressman Mc Donald killed when the airliner he was travelling on, Korean Air Flight 007 was shot down by the Soviets. Congressman Mc Donald, a democrat was another maligned victim of the New World Order falsely labeled by the media as a radical racist.

I am stunned how many sheople refuse to accept the truth about the many crimes and agendas of the secret government. But what do you expect.

The controlled mainstream media bolsters any and all who serve the New World Order Agenda and ridicule, besmirch and try to discredit anyone who opposses the Order, even as the agenda unfolds substantiating the truth.   The sheople are clearly brainwashed.

Any country that re-elects a president or political leader who blatantly lies on a regular basis like Obama proves this to be true.
　

Just check out the lies WIKIPEDIA has posted about Congressman Mc Donald or Bill Cooper, who has been lambasted as a nut.

WIKIPEDIA lies right off the bat stating that Bill Cooper "claimed" to be a Navy veteran and intelligence agent. Cooper WAS a high ranking, high security clearance U.S. Navy Intelligence officer.
　

Gov't documents published in Cooper's book, BEHOLD A PALE HORSE prove this.  Cooper saw U.S. intelligence documents claiming a government alliance with an Alien race.

Years later, the documents proved to be phony and Cooper noted in his book that they indeed could be fraudulent. Cooper admitted that he too was deceived openly and honestly. Bill was also the first to reveal the truth that AIDS is a bioweapon used to target the homosexual and minority communities.

My hope is that anyone reading this blog takes the time and initiative to investigate the secret government and do the research that leads to the truth without mass media manipulation and political spin.

All of the truth can be found if you can just get away from TV, sports and pop culture long enough to find your own truth.
