This essay is the second installment in a continuing series of articles concerning the Ebola false flag operation currently underway.
I know for many, the thought of forces in Our government working to stealthily kill American citizens is a very Big Pharma pill to swallow, but this is indeed what is happening.
Despite hype and hysteria, there is reason for concern. What I am not sure about if the concern should be about Ebola, or other even more sinister worries.
Ebola mysteriously appeared in the African Congo in 1976 and has sporadically reappeared in the area many times over the years without explanation. It is of course, an incurable, deadly disease.
An incurable disease that is actually a bio-weapon created in a CIA laboratory. Books and movies like Outbreak (1995) are really predictive programming propaganda to elicit a response from the viewer that these things are fiction. That they are not real.
In this manner, things that are indeed true are deemed false. There are many
other subliminal messages and influences being employed when we watch TV, read a magazine or watch movies and music videos.
In fact, predictive programming through mass media, cinema and television influence your interpretation of reality without you even realizing it.
So when something outrageous like the Government creating a bio-weapon that gets out and threatens to kill most of the world, you dismiss the content as fiction, because you saw it in a movie. But it is not completely fiction. Far from it.
Another bio-weapon predictive programming piece is 1980's star studded B-movie, Virus . Virus bombed at the box office, but hit the jackpot on the predictive programming propaganda Richter scale.
The film served to subliminally boost vaccine propaganda for Big Pharma after the 1976 Swine Flu fraud and mentioned creating "a New World" after the decimation of humanity by a plague. There are other outrageous misogynist messages and revelations.
In fact, cinema truly does imitate life, in more ways than most realize. The elite reveal clues. Like how the movie Soylent Green reveals 1992's Agenda 21 in 1973 and the truly evil "hidden agenda", "Soylent Green is people!"
What should be cried out is, "the Club Of Rome and the United Nations killers are depopulating the world!" That is the true real world big secret revealed in Soylent Green. The hidden agenda of United Nations Agenda 21. Hidden in plain sight. Much truth is revealed. Actually viewed. Real events hidden in plain sight.
We think movies are merely entertainment. Bad entertainment at that, as far as the movie Virus (1980) is concerned. Movies, TV, music, etc are all escapisms. Entertainment.
Whatever the menacing story line we, the entertained viewer think, "the government wouldn't let anything like what happened in Virus, or Outbreak happen in real life."

So how do these Machiavellian geniuses coordinate such enormous power and control over all of us?
It all begins with a story. A plot line that the global elite devise in think tanks and reveal to the world via the mass media, which they own and control.
Then there is the sub-text, what is not revealed. And in this case, my friends, the sub-text is pure Mathusian evil, fabricated by elitist think tanks and international bodies.
Before I get deeply into the government links, documents and associations, I want you to understand the psychology of the enemy we are dealing with.
They are the most wise; and know human nature better than anyone.
They know how to manipulate and they know how to win.
They are literally ruthless sociopaths who see no wrong in ridding the world of 90% of the population overnight. What they are doing is already affecting you and your family.
It affects your nephew who has autism, your 45 year old husband who died of cancer, your teen son who committed suicide while being treated for "personality disorder" or "depression" after taking psychotropic drugs.
The list goes on and on. Like the Big Pharma commercials. All day, everyday.

Francis Crick, together with James Watson "discovered" the double-helix structure of DNA, declared at a conference shortly after receiving the Nobel Prize that the “reproductive autonomy” of human beings could not be tolerated in the future. DNA was known long before. Crick was simply tasked with exposing it and received credit.
Also, among other things, Crick suggested adding a chemical to public water supplies, that would make men and women sterile; only those who qualified for a “license” to produce children, would be given an antidote drug. Fluoride and other free-radicals have been unleashed across America in over 70% of the water supply.
Fluoride is banned in Europe because is causes cancer and dental fluorosis.

A good way to understand the workings of the New World Order is to realize that the New World Order players are from Opposite Land. Everything they say and plan results in the opposite out come.

What better way to spread a bio-weapon than containing it in a vaccine?

On Thursday, October 9, 2014 the Associated Press reported that the presidents of three of the West African nations plagued by the Ebola outbreak have made urgent pleas for money, doctors and hospital beds. The IMF and World Bank nation killers are lending their generous "humanitarian assistance" to leaders in coming up with a strategy to quell the rising tide of the Ebola bio-weapon epidemic.
God help us all.
At the conference, Tom Frieden, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, compared the Ebola outbreak in West Africa to the AIDS epidemic. Accurate comparison, since both are bio-weapons.
"In my 30 years in public health, the only thing that has been like this is AIDS," Frieden said at the conference at the World Bank.
"We have to work now so that this is not the world's next AIDS," Frieden warned.
Incredibly, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim praised pledges from the European Commisson and the United States to evacuate health care workers who become infected in West Africa, so doctors can be encouraged to risk their lives to help. Great, so we will be importing more Ebola victims.
How nice. So loving.
Meanwhile, the global Ebola response is far slower than the spread of the disease. What we are witnessing in real time is an intentional global pandemic being orchestrated by eugenicists at the Club of Rome in collusion with the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
It is insane to use racism as an excuse as to why America cannot ban travel to and from the infected region, but the political ploy is working, covering up a truly evil and deadly hidden agenda.
The U.S. military is building a special hospital for the infected in Liberia that will be completed by the end of the month. But medical staffing is still the biggest issue in containing the threat from this false flag bio-terror operation.
World Bank president Jim Yong Kim, a doctor who formerly headed the World Health Organization's global AIDS treatment program, noted that studies of past disease outbreaks reveal that 80 percent to 90 percent of the economic impact comes from the fear factor that surrounds the outbreak.
The Associate Press quotes Kim, who stated: "One of the sticking points of getting foreign medical staffs into these three countries has been the lack of medical evacuation." Kim said.
He noted that more health centers must be built quickly to ensure West Africans have faith that they can get the care they need in their own communities, and no longer fear that Ebola centers are places where people go to die, claiming this is the best way to stop the spread of Ebola into other nations and to counter the fear that magnifies the disease's economic damage."
Kim cautions other nations, "trying to block your borders or isolate those countries in some way is not going to work," he said. How else are going to contain a pandemic?
I MEAN HAS EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD LOST THEIR MINDS?
There is clearly a cohesive, insidious agenda to help, not hinder the spread of Ebola. Logic has been thrown out the window in exchange for economic progress and political correctness.
Over 370 health care workers have been sickened or killed by the virus in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leonne. Hegel must be gleaming in his grave. Create the problem, control the reaction to the problem and offer the solution.
In this case, the solution is massive depopulation far greater that the toll created by the AIDS bio-weapon unleased on the U.S population and the world in 1978. And with full plausible deniability. After all, Ebola is being marketed and propagandized as a natural occurring contagious disease. It is not. As repeatedly stated, EBOLA IS A BIO-WEAPON.

The current Ebola outbreak, the largest in history could reach $32.6 billion if the disease continues to spread in West Africa through next year. More than 3,800 people have died and it is projected that up to 1.5 million will be infected by January, 2015.
The United Nations estimates it will cost at least $1 billion to stop the Ebola outbreak. The World Bank is divvying up $400 million to the three nations, and the International Monetary Fund is adding $130 million in "financing". Gee, you'd think they'd donate the money, for the sake of humanity, but no.

"this crisis is a rare occasion when it's good for nations to take on more debt."

The U.N. and other countries are sending money and aid, including troops from Britain and the United States to build treatment centers. There is urgent need for more than 5,000 doctors, nurses and medical support staff and 1,500 patient beds for Sierra Leone alone.

So, if the Big Pharma cancer causing, disease spreading medical Mafia, and the poisons allowed in our food and water by the FDA slow killing us isn't enough, we now have chemtrails, HAARP, Agenda 21 and ever rising new totalitarian socialist tyrannies against all of humanity.

Around the same time, influential anthropologist and president of the American Medical Association for the Advancement of Science Margaret Mead gathered like-minded Malthusians at a 1975, North Carolina conference, “The Atmosphere: Endangered and Endangering”.

The conference concluded that human-produced carbon dioxide would fry the planet, melt the ice caps, and destroy human life. The idea being to sow enough fear of man-made climate change to force global cutbacks in industrial activity and halt Third World development.
Climate change, the ice age and global warming are all frauds. The hault of
development of the the Third World is not. And it is the Club of Rome's primary concern. It lead to all the collectivist de-industrializaton measures here in America and across the globe, most dreadfully in placed like West Africa.

There is BIG money to municipalities willing to go "green" and "sustainable".
Businesses also profit immensely from proclaiming that they are “green.” Renewable, Sustainable are the magic(k) words for obtaining government subsidies and tax-credits.

World Bank president Jim Yong Kim, a doctor who formerly headed the World Health Organization's global AIDS treatment program, noted that studies of past disease outbreaks reveal that 80 percent to 90 percent of the economic impact comes from the fear factor that surrounds the outbreak.
The Associate Press quotes Kim, who stated: "One of the sticking points of getting foreign medical staffs into these three countries has been the lack of medical evacuation."
Kim also noted that more health centers must be built quickly to ensure West Africans have faith that they can get the care they need in their own communities without fear that Ebola centers are places where people go to die
Kim claims this is the best way to stop the spread of Ebola into other nations and to counter the fear that magnifies the disease's economic damage stating
"Trying to block your borders or isolate those countries in some way is not going to work."

My name is Dr. Len Horowitz, and some time ago, probably Like many of you, I considered myself a lifelong liberal democrat. Fortunately, or unfortunately, that part of me died. When I realized the forces behind so-called liberal democracy were the flip side of the same corrupt coin as the republican political establishment, that is, I opened my eyes to witness a shadow government of military-medical-industrial dictators, the naive person I was had a stroke, keeled over, and praise the lord, died. And I didn’t need to call Dr. Jack Kevorkian in to let it rest in Peace.
What brought me to this realization and this meeting today is a unique story. Six years ago, most of you can recall, the highly publicized case of the Florida dentist who infected his patients with AIDS—the case of, the beautiful teenager, Kimberly Bergalis, who died shortly after testifying before Congress in a wheel chair. At the time I was serving as the chief professional advisor to the largest dental and medical catalog supply company in the world.
The day the story broke I was assigned to develop patient and professional Educational materials to help allay the public’s growing fear of visiting dental and medical offices in the age of AIDS. You may recall how terrified most people became about a routine trip to the dentist at that time. So I began by investigating the Centers for Disease Control and prevention’s (CDCs) official investigation reports on the case. And to make a long story short, I found the reports to be scientifically bogus.
I later learned that the government had covered-up key evidence in the tragedy in an effort the maintain the case an Unsolvable mystery. In essence they had committed scientific fraud and misconduct and, in the process, concealed the most incriminating evidence against the dentist—a very bright, scientifically trained, ex-military dentist, who believed he was dying of a virus that the government had created. Yes, you heard me correctly, a virus that the government had created.
Now, the problem I had was reconciling the fact that the dentist, though a psychopath, was no fool. And he held in his possession one of the most incriminating documents I had ever seen. A 1970 Department of Defense Appropriations request for $10 million for the development of immune system ravaging Viruses for germ warfare. In fact, the document, which I lay before you today, reads like this: Within the next 5 to 10 years, it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms.
Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease... A research program to explore the feasibility of this could be completed in approximately 5 years at a total cost of $10 million... It is a highly controversial issue and there are many who believe such research should not be undertaken lest it lead to yet another method of massive killing of large populations.”
In fact it was the National Academy of Sciences-National Research Council (NAS-NRC) that had informed the Defense Department that this research was possible. Now, according to legal testimony given to government officials, this knowledge enraged the Florida dentist so much it moved him to intentionally inject his patients with HIV-tainted anesthetics.
In essence, he did what all organized serial killers love to do, express a vendetta, like the mail-bomber, play games with the authorities, trap them in a catch-22, whereby they’d be damned if they told the truth, and called him a serial killer, because the whole world would want to know motive, and every reporter would ultimately find out as I did, what drove him crazy and who he really hated and ultimately attacked. And if they told a lie, or maintained the case, as they did, a mystery, it would hold America and all of health care hostage to irrational fear of routine health care in the age of AIDS.
Now all of this I documented in three published scientific reports and my last book “Deadly Innocence: The Kimberly Bergalis Case—Solving the Greatest Murder Mystery in the History of American Medicine.”
I present these publications and documents here for your critical examination. So Dr. Acer created a crime, a mystery, that couldn't be solved, without implicating the government and causing a larger mystery to be investigated.
That is, the origin of AIDS and Ebola—the subject of my last three years of research, and why I have come before you today. In fact, I investigated the Department of Defense’s germ warfare appropriations request and learned that the option to develop synthetic biological agents—bioweapons as alternatives to nuclear weapons—came from Dr. Henry Kissinger, who was gradually placed in his position of authority as National Security Advisor under Richard Nixon, the most powerful man in government, by Nelson Rockefeller and his affiliates at the Council on Foreign Relations.
Moreover, I traced where the money went. It went, in fact, to a firm called Litton Bionetics, a subsidiary of the mega-military contractor Litton Industries, whose President, Roy Ash, was being considered as an alternate to Henry Kissinger for the National Security Advisor post. Instead, Roy Ash became Richard Nixon's chairman of the Presidents Advisory Council on Executive Organizations, and Assistant to the President of the United States.
And Litton Industries was given over $5 billion in military contracts during the first term of the Nixon administration, $10 million of which went towards the development of AIDS-like viruses. A mere drop in the bucket. But before I tell you exactly what was done with your $10 million of taxpayer money, some background on Kissinger and Rockefeller’s influence is in order. Among Henry Kissinger's most influential patrons as he worked his way up the ladder of success to become Nixon's Deputy to the President for National Security, was Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller, the son of Standard Oil, that is Exxon, heir John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
The Rockefeller families involvement in the medical-industrial complex, health science research, and American politics is clearly important. Before World War II, major administration of medical research, or financing by federal agencies, had been generally opposed by Americas scientific community. In fact, it was only during times of war that organizations like the NAS or the NRC received major funding. Both the NAS, established during the Civil War, and the NRC, set up during the First World War, were largely ignored in times of peace. Between 1900 and 1940, private foundations and universities financed most medical research.
According to Paul Starr, author of The Social Transformation of American Medicine: The rise of a sovereign profession and the making of a vast industry, the most richly endowed research center, the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research was established in New York in 1902 and by 1928 had received from John D. Rockefeller $65 million in endowment funds. In contrast, as late as 1938, as little as $2.8 million in federal funding was budgeted for the entire U.S. Public Health Service.
Therefore, it is easy to see that Rockefeller family investment in health science research predated, and far surpassed, even the federal governments. More than the New Deal, the Second World War created the greatest boom in federal government and private industry support for medical research. Prior to the war, American science and medicine was heavily influenced by German models.
This precedent was bolstered during the 1930s when the Nazis purged Jewish scientists from German universities and biological laboratories. These changes, according to Starr, significantly altered the course of American health science and medicine. Many of Germanys most brilliant Jewish researchers immigrated to the United States just as the movement burgeoned to privatize war related biological and medical research. At this time, the Rockefeller led medical-industrial complex was fully poised to influence, and take advantage of, Congress first series of measures to promote cancer research and cancer control.
In 1937, the new federal legislation authorized the establishment of the National Cancer Institute under the National Institutes of Health, and, for the first time, the Public Health Service to make grants to outside researchers. The Rockefellers exercised significant control over the outcomes of these grants and research efforts through the foundations they established. Following the war, Henry Kissinger, who had become General Alexander Bolling's German translator and principle assistant.
(Bolling, of course, was the Godfather to the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency that ran “Project Paperclip,” the secret exfiltration of approximately 2,000 high level Nazis, about 900 of whom were military scientists and medical researchers, including Erich Traub, Hitler's top biological weapons developer and virus expert. Bolling also served as a high ranking member of the Inter-American Defense Board, a Washington based group that delivered Walter Emil Schreiber, Hitler's chief medical scientist, the “Angel of Death” Joseph Mengele, and his assistant, “the butcher of Lyon,” Klaus Barbie, among others, to safe Havens in South America where they worked on CIA projects.)
In fact it was Henry Kissinger's job to seek and find such Nazis that might be of service to America, and Kissinger became the chief of Army Counter-Intelligence in this regard. He trained other agents to hunt down Nazis at the European Command Intelligence School in Oberammergau, not to be tried for war crimes necessarily, but rather to serve U.S. military rather than Russian interests.
It was this operation that principally spirited the creation of the CIA as a cover agency for the powerful Gehlen Org, the German intelligence agency run by Reinhard Gehlen—an organization whose power superseded even the Nazi SS because of its prewar connections with German military intelligence. After Hitler, Gehlen served Allen Welsh Dulles, whose “Operation Sunshine” brought Nazis into the U.S. spy service. You may be interested to know who paid for the importation of Nazis into American central intelligence, the military, and industry?
Three groups:
The first was “The Sovereign Military Order of Malta” (SMOM), perhaps the most powerful reactionary segment of European aristocracy, that for almost a thousand years, starting with the crusades in the Twelfth Century, funded military operations against countries and ideas considered a threat to its power
Second was the Nazi war chest that was largely funneled through the Vatican and the Rockefeller owned Chase Manhattan Bank, whose Paris branch conducted business as usual throughout the Nazi occupation of France
Thirdly, some of us and our parents—American taxpayers. Moreover, during this period, the Council on Foreign Relations, along with the CIA, grew in power under the leadership of Nelson Rockefeller, and in 1955, while serving as President Eisenhower's assistant for international affairs, Rockefeller invited Kissinger to discuss national security issues at the Quantico (Virginia) Marine Base.
Following their meeting, according to Walter Isaacson’s biography of Kissinger, the diplomat became Rockefeller’s closest intellectual associate, and soon after, Kissinger authored several military proposals for Eisenhower to consider. Unimpressed, Eisenhower turned them down.
As a result, Rockefeller sent Eisenhower his resignation and then launched a Special Studies Project that explored the critical choices America faced militarily in the coming years. Kissinger agreed to direct this new project and published a 468-page book on his findings. The treatise proposed that tactical nuclear weapons be developed and a bomb shelter [be built] in every house in preparation for limited thermonuclear war. The willingness to engage in nuclear war when necessary is part of the price of our freedom, Kissinger argued.
So those of you my age can recall the anxiety grade school students felt while drilling for possible nuclear attacks. You can thank Kissinger and the Rockefeller-led military- industrialists for this “price for freedom. “
Eisenhower, you may remember, warned America that the gravest threat to world security, democracy, and even spirituality, was the growing military-industrial complex. And the Rockefellers and Kissinger played leading roles in its evil expansion. Bent on creating what President Bush openly heralded as a “New World Order,” few people realize the current international alignment of economic powers is a direct result of actualizing Henry Kissinger's contemporary manifesto tribute to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta entitled “The Meaning of History.”
In this Kissinger 1955 Harvard doctoral thesis he argues that the concept of peace on earth is naive. Peace must be secured by the creation of small wars around the planet on a continuing basis so as to maintain an international order of economic powers, and of course, keep the military industrialists happy.
In my latest book, “Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident, or Intentional?”, I traced Dr. Erich Traub’s movements to the U.S. Naval Medical Research Institute, where he conducted experiments on animals to determine the lethal doses of more than forty strains of highly infectious viruses. Within ten years, the Navy’s Biomedical Research Laboratory, in association with the University of California, along with Litton Bionetics, became a chief supplier of viruses and cell cultures for NCI researchers throughout the world.
Funding for this work was largely controlled by the NCI, Rockefeller and Sloan Foundations. A search through Sloan Foundation's annual reports, on file in Manhattans New York Public Library, revealed nine ghastly and Incriminating reasons that, most incredibly, tied all the elements of my “Emerging Viruses” investigation together.
The Sloan Foundation: Supported black educational initiatives consistent with the COINTELPRO Black Nationalist Hate Group campaign (you may recall reports last year that in surveys of 1,000 Southern Christian African Americans, two-thirds reported their belief that the AIDS epidemic may be genocide, while one-third was convinced it was the Sloan Foundation administered mass-media-public-persuasion experiments completely consistent with the CIAs Project MKULTRA efforts to develop brainwashing technologies and drugs to affect large populations funded much of the earliest cancer research involving the genetic engineering of mutant viruses began major funding of the National Academy of Sciences, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (for neuroscience and molecular genetics research), the Salk Institute (for viral research), and the Scientists Institute for Public Information between 1968 and 1970 funded population control studies by Planned Parenthood-World Population, New York, N.Y. funded the Community Blood Council of Greater New York, Inc., the council of doctors who established the infamous New York City Blood Bank which allowed more than 10,000 hemophiliacs and countless others to become infected with HIV because they allegedly didn’t want to spend $150 million to screen the blood maintained Laurence S. Rockefeller, the director of the Community Blood Council of Greater New York the international blood bankers and the president of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, as chairman of the board of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and a trustee for the Sloan Foundation gave in excess of $20,000 annually to the Council on Foreign Relations maintained among its marketable securities, 16,505 shares of Chase Manhattan Bank stock (in 1967, which it apparently sold by 1970 probably to avoid conflict of interest charges) along with 24,400-53,000 shares issued by Merck & Co., Inc. (the company whose President, George W. Merck, was director of America’s biological weapons industry, and whose hepatitis B and polio vaccines most plausibly transmitted AIDS throughout the world)
Also in “Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola,” you will learn exactly what was done with the $10 million Congress gave the DOD for the development of AIDS-like viruses, because I published the relevant contracts.
You will learn that Dr. Robert Gallo, the famous NCI molecular biologist, pardoned by President Clinton last year for scientific fraud and misconduct, and credited with the discovery of the AIDS virus, set about to develop immune system ravaging, AIDS-like viruses, along with other Litton Bionetics researchers.
You will learn that they took monkey viruses that were humanly benign, recombined them with DNA, RNA, and enzymes from other animal viruses that caused leukemias, lymphomas, and sarcomas, and then to get them to jump species, they cultured these new mutant viruses in human white blood cells in some studies, and human fetal tissue cells in other studies, to produce immune-system-destroying, cancer-causing viruses that could enter humans and produce virtually identical effects to what the AIDS virus is currently doing in people around the world.
Indeed, it was contaminated live viral vaccines that spread this disease and likely others, including chronic fatigue, certain leukemias, and possibly Gulf War Syndrome as well, to vast populations.
In fact, today’s live viral vaccines, including the oral polio vaccine required by law be given to our children, are still littered with simian (monkey) virus contaminants since they are developed in monkey kidney cells, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration turns a blind eye to as many as 100 live monkey virus contaminants per vaccine dose, and is barred from telling health professionals and even health scientists this truth because of pharmaceutical industry dictated proprietary laws and non-disclosure agreements.
In the end, the research question I asked, “Did these viruses, AIDS and Ebola, evolve naturally, were they accidentally produced, or were they intentionally created and deployed?”
I conclude, unquestionably, they are not natural. I leave you the reader, and concerned citizens of America and the world, to decide whether it was a horrible accident or treacherous covert population control experiment. I ask all of you to consider the pain and cost of the current and coming plagues, including the escalating rates of virus-linked cancers like prostate and breast cancer, certain leukemia’s and lymphomas and other vaccine contaminant related illnesses including hyperactivity disorders in children and escalating sudden infant death rates.
I believe you will realize that the pain and cost of denial and indifference to this horrible reality is far greater than the toll your political action might cost. I therefore urge you to join our growing grassroots network of health consumers, professionals, scientists, patriots, and concerned citizens in our search for answers and solutions.

In July, 2014, a sudden outbreak of Ebola surfaced, killing 14 people. Eight days later, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a new Ebola strain surfaced.
The US Department of Defense funds the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The National Institutes of Health have spent millions conducting research into the potential for Ebola to used as a bio-weapon for multinational Big Pharma corporations Sarepta Therapeutics and Tekmira Pharmaceuticals.
The Transformational Medical Technologies builds relationships with private sector biotech firms, pharmaceutical corporations and universities, as well as government agencies to advance biological warfare, and to research viral and biological weapons and estimate threat levels of all biological agents based on ability to infect and effectiveness. How nice.
The DoD suddenly stopped funding Ebola vaccine research through these two corporations. Mysteriously, microbiologists and virologists who were involved with research into immunology and bioweapons have gone missing or have been found sleeping with the fishes over the last two decades.
Some of these scientists had ties to the, Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the Department of Defense among many others. While the number of experts involved in infectious disease research having died or gone missing under "questionable" circumstances has risen exponentially. There is indeed some very shady, evil goings on behind the scenes.
In November of 2002, the Department of Defense gave $322 million to DynCorp to develop, produce and store vaccines. DynCorp has connections to PROMIS, a software program designed to identify and target specific individuals for operations known only to the US government.
DynCorp is also heavily involved in drug smuggling and child sex trafficking.

BACK TO THE DEPOPULATION AGENDA:
At the University of Texas in 2006, mad scientist and Malthusian eugenicist Dr. Eric R. Pianka, spoke to an audience of fellow scientists, students, and professors and stated that 90% of the world’s population needed to be killed using a weaponized form of the Ebola virus.
He cited that an airborne version of Ebola would be more effective than the HIV/AIDS virus has been since its release in 1979 because of the speed in which the victim dies. How nice. So... Loving.
Globalists David Rockefeller, Ted Turner, Henry Kissinger, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates and others are all on board with the depopulation agenda and have already stated publicly that they want a significant amount of the world’s population reduced - even as far as by 90% in the name of saving the planet and reallocation of resources for the next phase of the New World Order.
A global outbreak of Ebola is underway crossing national borders. Especially easily here in America. One victim flew on international flights, vomiting on board and exposing hundreds of people to the deadly virus. Ebola has an 8-10 day incubation period, meaning thousands of people could be carrying it right now and spreading it across the cities of the world without even knowing it.
The true extent of the pandemic is being suppressed. The real numbers are far greater than have been reported. I know of 3 cases in Quebec, Canada being suppressed at this time from a source working in the hospital. Believe me, the numbers are far worse.
But this is the agenda.
All evidence leads one to that logical conclusion. They are giving every possible change foe Ebola to go viral worldwide. Passengers in Hong Kong and the UK are showing Ebola symptoms. The Peace Corps has evacuated the region after two of its volunteers were exposed.
The Daily Mail reports, that an "expert claims panic over death of U.S. man in Nigeria is 'justified and warns the spread of Ebola could become a global pandemic."
Ebola is the closest thing to real-life zombie infections. It is absolutely horrible. More disgusting that even Hollywood could conjure. Ebola causes the cells in the body to self-destruct, resulting in massive internal and external bleeding, causing convulsions, vomiting and bleeding from the eyes and ears.
The Pathogen Safety Data Sheet from the Public Health Agency of Canada notes that Hemorrhaging symptoms begin 4-5 days after onset, including hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, pharyngitis, bleeding gums, oral ulceration, hematemesis, melena, hematuria, epistaxis, and vaginal bleeding.
The virus attacks the blood, causing the victim to convulse, spewing blood and ooze like you would see in a zombie movie. The Public Health Data Sheet also states that "there are no known antiviral treatments available for human infections." But Big Pharma is working around the clock on that one.
Imagine, a vaccine for an incurable disease. Might as well inject water for $30 bucks a shot and you'll have the same result. Let us not forget Big Pharma is famous for fear mongering for profits. But this is much different from the typical fear hype to sell vaccines.
Ebola is a bio-weapon and truly is a threat, not like the Swine Flu or any of the other hyped phony pandemics. But of course Big Pharma can't and won't resist. They are drooling at the prospect of new billions and they will try their damned best to profit off of every Ebola patient that dies and vaccinate the world against any and all future victims, be damned the deadly side effects. You can count on that.
In Africa, a well trained, top Ebola doctor recently died from the disease. Even with his experience and skill, he too underestimated the threat. Still the medical community aren't taking proper precautions dealing with infected patients.
And wouldn't you know it? Eugenicist Bill Gates, Monsanto's money man and the U.S. Department of Defense are funding it, so they can earn billions treating Ebola. How nice.
Experimental drugs are under development by pharma companies, God help us, but so far nothings have been greenlighted by the controlled regulatory agencies.
One company, Tekmira Pharmaceuticals, received $1.5 million from Monsanto to develop an anti-Ebola vaccine. The press release reads as follows:
"Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing novel RNAi therapeutics and providing its leading lipid nanoparticle delivery technology to pharmaceutical partners."
Monsanto has jumped on the Ebola train because it so happens to be related to the company's development of RNAi technology used in agriculture. Hmmm?
The deal is valued at up to $86.2 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Another press release Tekmira reveals a $140 million contract with the U.S. military for Ebola treatment drugs:
"TKM-Ebola, an anti-Ebola virus RNAi therapeutic, is being developed under a $140 million contract with the U.S. Department of Defense's Medical Countermeasure Systems BioDefense Therapeutics Joint Product Management Office."
So, Monsanto just happened to be giving a cash to a key pharma company working on an Ebola cure right in the middle of a highly-publicized Ebola outbreak. Coincidence. Of course.
History reveals that drug companies, the FDA, CDC and WHO have repeatedly played up the severity of disease outbreaks in order to promote sales of vaccines and other drugs.
Remember the 1976 Swine Flu outbreak, or the more recent one where Big Pharma got some bad PR, but their spin doctors were able to lull the sheople back to their slumber.
Vaccine manufacturers made billions off the false swine flu scare, and tens of millions of dollars in stockpiled swine flu vaccines later had to be destroyed by the governments who purchased the poisonous lot with our tax dollars. Most people got sick from vaccine, not the flu.
Oh, it is never suspicious be when windfall profits just happen to line up for certain multinationals following global outbreaks of disease.

In 1975, the Office of Population Affairs was brought under a reorganized State Department Bureau of Oceans, International Environmental, and Scientific Affairs created by Henry Kissinger.
The agency was assigned to carry out the directives of the NSC Ad Hoc Group.
Kissinger created the groups after discussion with leaders of the Club of Rome during the 1974 population conferences in Bucharest and Rome.
The Club of Rome, controlled by Europe’s black nobility and is the primary engine of evil, a promotional agency for the genocidal reduction of world population levels.
You cannot make this stuff up. It's true.
The National Security Council’s Ad Hoc Group on Population Policy is a think tank operating outside the control of the White House whose sole purpose is to reduce the world’s population by 2 billion people through war, famine, disease and any other means necessary. No joke.
And I know this will be hard to believe, but it is indeed true, the goal of of U.S. foreign policy is population reduction. The wars are a big part of it. It is not only about establishing Rothschild central banks and raping and pillaging nations in true IMF and World Bank fashion. No. . . It is about killing people.
The policy planning group is under the U.S. State Department’s Office of Population Affairs, established in 1975 by Henry Kissinger. The Group wrote the Global 2000 Report, which calls for global population reduction.
In 1981, Tom Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the State Department’s Office of Population Affairs went on record with the following:
"There is a single theme behind all our work-we must reduce population levels. Either governments do it our way, through nice clean methods or they will get the kind of mess that we have in El Salvador, or in Iran, or in Beirut.
Population is a political problem. Once population is out of control it requires authoritarian government, even fascism, to reduce it.
The professionals," Ferguson added, "aren’t interested in lowering population for humanitarian reasons. That sounds nice. We look at resources and environmental constraints. We look at our strategic needs, and we say that this country must lower its population - or else we will have trouble.
So steps are taken. El Salvador is an example where our failure to lower population by simple means has created the basis for a national security crisis.
The government of El Salvador failed to use our programs to lower their population. Now they get a civil war because of it. There will be dislocation and food shortages. They still have too many people there. Civil wars are somewhat drawn-out ways to reduce population, Ferguson said. "The quickest way to reduce population is through famine, like in Africa or through disease like the Black Death."
Or Ebola. How nice.
Ferguson’s Office of Population Affairs continues to monitor populations in the Third World and maps strategies to reduce them. I mean is this not sick?
The Ad Hoc Group was given "high priority" by the Carter administration, through the intervention of National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski and Secretaries of State Cyrus Vance and Edmund Muskie.
Here is another direct quote from Malthusian eugenicist Tom Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the State Department’s Office of Population Affairs:
"Kissinger took a completely reserved stance on U.S. development policy toward the Third World." Ferguson noted. He added, "for a long time people listened to arguments from Third World leaders that said that the best contraceptive was economic reform and development. So we pushed development programs, and we helped create a population time bomb. We are letting people breed like flies without allowing for natural causes to keep population down. We raised the birth survival rates, extended life-spans by lowering death rates, and did nothing about lowering birth rates. That policy is finished. We are saying with Global 2000 and in real policy that you must lower population rates. Population reduction and control is now our primary policy objective - then you can have some development."

Really, all kidding aside. Why is there not outrage filtering out into Latino community? Because there is a completely reversed spin from what is happening and what the Latino sheople believe is happening. As there always is in each and every community.

The Bureau of Oceans, International Environmental, and Scientific Affairs consistently block industrialization policies in the Third World, denying developing nations access to resources and alternative energy, even simple water and sewage systems.
Malthusian Eugenicist Ferguson also stated:
"We will go into a country and say, here is your goddamn development plan. Throw it out the window. Start looking at the size of your population and figure out what must be done to reduce it.
If you don’t like that, if you don’t want to choose to do it through planning, then you’ll have an El Salvador or an Iran, or worse, a Cambodia.
Every hot spot in the world corresponds to a population crisis point," said Ferguson who would rename Brzezinski’s arc of crisis doctrine the "arc of population crisis."
This is corroborated by statements in the NSC Ad Hoc Group’s April 1980 report. It reads:
"There is "an increased potential for social unrest, economic and political instability, mass migration and possible international conflicts over control of land and resources," It then cites "demographic pressures" as key to understanding, examples of recent warfare in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, El Salvador. Honduras, and Ethiopia, and the growing potential for instability in such places as Turkey, the Philippines, Central America, Iran, and Pakistan."
Through their exemplary, kind, compassionate, extraordinarily loving efforts, the Ad Hoc Group and Office of Population Affairs estimate that they may be able to keep a billion people from being born through contraceptive programs, starvation, HAARP weather weapons, political uprisings and general mayhem.
The United States spends more on the military than the rest of the world combined plus trillions off the books for secret programs, and for agencies like the CIA.

THE MODERN HISTORY OF BIO-WEAPONS:
The Hague Convention of 1907 bans chemical weapons.
WW I use of poison gas causes 100,000 deaths and 900,000 injuries. So much for the Hague Convention. What chemical weapons ban? See the similarities with Nixon and Bush's bans? Is it all starting to make sense? I hope so.
Britain uses poison gas against Iraqis in the 1920s. In a secret 1919 memo, Secretary of State for War, Winston Churchill advocated the use of poison gas, stating: "I am strongly in favor of using poisoned gas against uncivilized tribes."
The 1928 Geneva Protocol prohibits gas and bacteriological warfare.
In 1931, Dr. Cornelius Rhoads infects human subjects with cancer cells - under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations; Rhoads later conducts radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.
In 1932, the Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins on 200 black men; they're not told of their illness, are denied treatment, and are used as human guinea pigs to follow their disease symptoms and progression; they all subsequently die.
In 1935, the Pellagra Incident occurs; after millions die over two decades, the US Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease.
In 1935 - 1936, Italy uses mustard gas in conquering Ethiopia.
In its 1936 invasion, Japan uses chemical weapons against China. The same year, a German chemical lab produces the first nerve agent, Tabun.
In 1940, 400 Chicago prisoners are infected with malaria to study the effects of new and experimental drugs.
The US has had an active biological warfare program since at least the 1940s; in 1941, it implements a secret program to develop offensive and allegedly defensive bio-weapons using controversial testing methods.
From 1942 - 1945, (US) Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on about 4000 servicemen.
In 1943, the US begins biological weapons research at Fort Detrick, MD.
In 1944, the US Navy uses human subjects (locked in chambers) to test gas masks and clothing.
During WW II, Germany uses lethal Zyklon-B gas in concentration camp exterminations; the Japanese (in Unit 731) conduct biowarfare experiments on civilians.
In 1945, German offenders get immunity under Project Paperclip; Japanese ones as well - in exchange for their data and (for Germans at least) to work on top secret government projects in the US.
In 1945, the US Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) implements "Program F;" it's the most extensive US study of the health effects of fluoride - a key chemical component in atomic bomb production; it's one of the most toxic chemicals known and causes marked adverse central nervous system effects; in the interest of national security and not undermining full-scale nuclear weapons production, the information is suppressed; fluoride is found naturally in low concentration in drinking water and foods; compounds of the substance are also commonly used for cavity-prevention, but few people understand its toxicity.
In 1946, VA hospital patients become guinea pigs for medical experiments.
In 1947, the US has germ warfare weapons. Truman withdraws the 1928 Geneva Protocol from Senate consideration. It is not ratified until 1974 and is now null and void under George Bush. But as stated, the bio-weapons program simply went Black.
In 1947, the AEC's Colonel EE Kirkpatrick issues secret document #07075001; it states that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.
In July 1947, the CIA is established; it begins LSD experiments on civilian and military subjects with and without their knowledge - to learn its use as an intelligence weapon.
In 1949, the US Army releases biological agents in US cities to learn the effects of a real germ warfare attack; tests continue secretly through at least the 1960s in San Francisco, New York, Washington, DC, Panama City and Key West, Florida, Minnesota, other Midwest locations, along the Pennsylvania turnpike and elsewhere; more on outdoor testing below.
After the 1950 Korean War outbreak, North Korea and China accuse the US of waging germ warfare. Indeed, the U.S. did use biologicals. An outbreak occurred the same year in San Francisco from Army bacteria intentionally released in the city. Residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.

In 1950, the DOD begins open-air nuclear weapons detonations in desert areas, then monitors downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates.
In 1951, African-Americans are exposed to potentially fatal stimulants as part of a race-specific fungal weapons test in Virginia.
In 1953, the US military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, Canada, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, VA - to determine how efficiently chemical agents can be dispersed.
In 1953, joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments are conducted in New York and San Francisco - exposing tens of thousands of people to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.
In 1953, the CIA initiates Project MK ULTRA - an 11 year research program to produce and test drugs and biological agents that can be used for mind control and behavior modification; unwitting human subjects are used.
In 1955, the CIA releases bacteria from the Army's Tampa, FL biological warfare arsenal - to test its ability to infect human populations.
From 1955 - 1958, the Army Chemical Corps continues LSD research (on over 1000 subjects) - to study its effect as an incapacitating agent.
In 1956, the US military releases mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever over Savannah, GA and Avon Park, FL - to test the health effects on victims.
In 1956, Army Field Manual 27-10, The Law of Land Warfare, specifically states bio-chemical warfare isn't banned.
In 1960, the Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence authorizes LSD field tested in Europe and the Far East.
In 1961, the Kennedy administration increases chemical spending from $75 - $330 million; it authorizes Project 112 - a secret program (from 1962 - 1973) to test the effects of biological and chemical weapons on thousands of unwitting US servicemen. Project SHAD was a related project; subjects were exposed to VX, tabun, sarin and soman nerve gases plus other toxic agents.
In 1962, chemical weapons are loaded on planes for possible use during the Cuban missile crisis.
In 1966, the New York subway system is used for a germ warfare experiment.
In 1968, the Pentagon considers using some of its chemical weapons (including nerve gas) against civil rights and anti-war protesters. How nice.
In 1969, an apparent nerve agent kills thousands of sheep in Utah. Nixon issues two National Security Memoranda in 1969 and 1970. The first, in November 1969, ends production and offensive use of lethal and other type biological and chemical weapons; it confines "bacteriological/biological programs to research for defensive purposes".
There are of course plenty of loopholes. The second, in February 1970, orders existing stockpiles destroyed, and confined toxins to research and development for defensive purposes only, declaring only small quantities will be maintained to develop vaccines, drugs and diagnostics - a huge exploitable loophole. How nice.
In 1969, the General Assembly bans herbicide plant killers and tear gases in warfare. The US is one of three opposing votes. Despite being banned, open-air testing intermittently continues to the present, and the Pentagon apparently authorized it in its most recent annual report and calls for developmental and operational "field testing of (CBW) full systems," not just simulations.
THE CONCEPTION OF AIDS AND EBOLA:
In 1969, DOD's Dr. Robert MacMahan requests $10 million to develop a synthetic biological agent for which no natural immunity exists. This is where AIDS and EBOLA were first conceived, as a depopulation bio-weapon.
From the 1960s through at least the 1980s, the US assaults Cuba with biological agent attacks.
In November 1969 and February 1970, Richard Nixon issued National Security Decision Memoranda (NSDM) 35 and 44 renouncing the use of lethal and other types of biological warfare and ordered existing weapons stockpiles destroyed, but not all of them of course.
In 1970, US Southeast Asian forces conduct Operation Tailwind using sarin nerve gas in Laos. Many die, including civilians. Admiral Thomas Moorer, former Joint Chiefs Chairman, confirms the raid on CNN in 1998. Under Pentagon pressure, CNN fires award-winning Persial Gulf War journalist Peter Arnett and co-producers April Oliver and Jack Smith because they refuse to disavow their report. Why should they? It is true. Due to this damaging the proof the U.S. military government pressure CNN to retract the story.
In 1971, US forces end direct use of Agent Orange in Southeast Asia.
Also in 1971 with the help of the CIA, an anti-Castro paramilitary group introduces African swine fever into Cuba infecting a half a million pigs and results in their destruction. A similar attack on Cuban poultry fails a few months later.
1972 Biological Weapons Convention bans the development, stockpiling, acquisition, retention, and production of biological agents and toxins that have no justification for prophylactic, protective or other peaceful purposes. The convention requires countries to destroy or divert biological agents designed to be defensive to peaceful purposes noting that the "agents, toxins, weapons, equipment, and means of delivery are to be used only for "prophylactic, protective or other peaceful purposes."
The Biological Weapons Convention does not ban the use of biological and toxin weapons but reaffirms the 1925 Geneva Protocol, which prohibits such use. It also does not ban bio-defense programs, granting a loophole for the develop new bio-warfare weapons like AIDS and Ebola under the false pretense of bio-defense. It also permits "research," not "development".
The CIA ignored any limitations and took full advantage to conduct programs for offense, not defense or to further peace. Also, the Bio-Weapons Convention doesn't include anything about genetic engineering because the technology didn't exist at the time. How nice.
In 1975, the Senate Church Committee confirms from a CIA memorandum that US "defensive" bioweapons are stockpiled at Fort Detrick, MD - including anthrax, encephalitis, tuberculosis, shellfish toxin, and food poisons.
In 1980, Congress approves a nerve gas facility in Pine Bluff, Arkansas;
During the 1980s Iran-Iraq war, the US supplies Iraq with toxic biological and chemical agents.
Ronald Reagan signs a secret order to do "whatever is necessary and legal'" to prevent Iraq from losing the war. A 1994 congressional inquiry later finds that dozens of biological agents were shipped, including various strains of anthrax and precursors of nerve gas like sarin, gangrene, and West Nile virus.
In 1981, a covert US Black Operation unleashes a type 2 dengue fever outbreak - the first in the Caribbean since the turn of the century involving hemorrhagic shock on a massive scale; over 300,000 cases are reported, including 158 fatalities.
In 1984, Reagan orders M55 rockets retooled to contain high-yield explosives and VX gas; his administration begins researching and developing biological agents allegedly for "defensive purposes."
In 1985 and 1986, the US resumes open-air biological agents testing; it likely never stopped.
In 1987, Congress votes to resume chemical weapons production.
In 1989, 149 nations at the Paris Chemical Weapons Conference condemn these weapons; after signing the treaty, it's revealed that the US plans to produce poison gas. GHW Bush signs the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 making it illegal for the US to develop, possess or use biological weapons.
GHW Bush also signs Executive Order 12735 stating that the spread of chemical and biological weapons constitutes an "unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States."
How quaint.
On May 22, 1990, the United States Bio-Weapons programs went Black.
Following the Gulf War, reports surface about US forces' health problems - later called "Gulf War Syndrome" caused by widespread use of depleted uranium, other toxic substances, and the illegal use (on nearly 700,000 theater forces) of experimental vaccines in violation of the Nuremberg Code on medical experimentation.Over 12,000 have died and more than 30% are now ill from non-combat-related factors. Veterans filed claims with the VA for medical care, compensation, and pension benefits. Many are still waiting. Fortunately there has been some recent media attention on the plight of veterans waiting years for treatment, but major problems still exist at the VA.
In 1997, Cuba accuses the US of spraying crops with biological agents. That same year, the US ratifies the Chemical Weapons Convention banning the production, stockpile and use of these substances, but of course the U.S. does not comply with the law and continues biological weapons research.
After the anthrax false flag attacks in 2001, the Bush administration rejects the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention citing 38 problems with it, some called serious claiming a need to counter chemical and biological weapons threats. Billions are spent to illegally develop, test and stockpile chemical and biological weapons that endanger "homeland security" and threaten good relations with other countries.
How nice. Are you beginning to see why the U.S. as dictated to by genocidal global elite at the UN, the World Health Organization and the CDC aren't "worried" about the spread of Ebola and are not limiting travel?
It this all doesn't raise some serious concern about the recent Ebola false flag bio-weapon operation, what will?
On July 29, 2008, Bruce Ivins, a senior biodefense researcher at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Maryland died of an overdose of Tylenol. Not cyanide laced Tylenol. Just plain old Tylenol. No autopsy was performed, and there was no suicide note. Evidence points that he was framed for the anthrax and murdered by the FBI.
Bruce Ivins became yet another patsy, a scapegoat to silence further investigation into the anthrax false flag attacks soon after 9/11, 2001.
Only days before his "suicide", the FBI declared Ivins to have been the sole perpetrator of the attacks, and was the one who personally mailed the deadly anthrax spores to the New York Post, NBC and Senators Patrick Leahy and Tom Daschle.
The attacks killed five people, causing a national panic. The six year FBI investigation was the largest, most expensive and detailed inquest in its history, but still failed to find any evidence identifying the anthrax killer—or even a witness to the any of the mailings.
So how did they get the evidence to accuse Bruce Ivins? They didn't. They "found" a flask of anthrax that closely matched the anthrax used in the attack in Ivin's home. How convenient, right? But it wasn't the same anthrax.
According to the FBI, over 100 scientists at Fort Detrick had been given access to the anthrax. Any one of them, or their staff members could have stolen a minute quantity of this particular strain and used it to grow enough spores to launch the anthrax attacks. So why Bruce Ivins?
Well, Ivins was assisting the FBI in a few investigations that led to costly dead end. They had a grudge. An FBI search of Ivins' email turned up pornography and bizarre emails which, though unrelated to anthrax, suggested that he was deeply disturbed.
In the 1960's silicom was used to weaponize anthrax by coating spores to prevent them from sticking together which would create a lethal airborne strain. But weaponization was banned by international treaties and research anthrax no longer contained any silicon. The flask confiscated from Ivin at Fort Detrick contained no silicon.
The FBI's hypothesized that the anthrax could have been accidentally contaminated with silicon. But still, these things of course were not found in Ivins's lab or residence.
To back up their fabricated "theory" and maintain the framing of Bruce Ivins, the FBI contracted scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Labs in California to conduct additional experiments, but the finding what not what the FBI had hoped. Well, Ivins was assisting the FBI in a few investigations that led to costly dead end. They had a grudge. An FBI search of Ivins' email turned up pornography and bizarre emails which, though unrelated to anthrax, suggested that he was deeply disturbed.

Professor Graeme MacQueen has written an eloquent and detailed analysis of the anthrax attacks in his recent book, The 2001 Anthrax Deception.
Here are few facts quoted from the book:
- There was a set of 3 letters sent around the same time as the initial anthrax mailings, which attempted to frame the Russians for the anthrax attacks, and which warned of further attacks. These letters could not have been sent by Dr. Bruce Ivins (the scientist the FBI blamed for the attacks), nor could they have been “copycat” letters
- Less than 3 months before the anthrax attack, the government carried out a simulated exercise called “Dark Winter”, where: a lethal germ had been aerosolized then released; anonymous letters threatened anthrax attacks; Iraq and Al Qaeda are blamed for the attacks; and preparations are made for the drastic reduction of civil liberties in the United States, including martial law
- The National Academy of Sciences found that the anthrax mailed to Congressmen and the media could have come from a different source altogether than the flask maintained by Ivins
- The Department of Justice argued in a lawsuit that the anthrax used in the attacks was of a completely different nature (dried, aerosolized, and specially treated to act as a lethal weapon) than maintained by Dr. Ivins (a standard liquid solution):
- PBS’ Frontline, ProPublica and McClatchy newspaper all found that Dr. Ivins was doing valid and important work during the timeframes when the FBI claims that he “went missing”
- There is reason to suspect that the same people who carried out 9/11 also carried out the anthrax attacks

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SECRET BIO-WEAPONS PROGRAM
Like the lie in the Persian Gulf war about Saddam Hussein having babies removed from incubators and left to die on the "cold hard floor".

Building a bioweapons plant from commercially available materials to prove "terrorists" can do it.
Genetically engineering a more potent anthrax strain producing weaponized anthrax spores in quantities far larger than necessary for research and producing hallucinogenic weapons such as BZ gas. Think of the recent beta-test of bath salt flesh eating zombies.

Siti Fadilah Supari questioned whether the US used bird flu samples were being collected from developing nations to develop biological weapons and not for new vaccines as claimed. Bio-weapons that were designed to specifically target certain ethnic groups. How nice. So... loving.
The US has at least two US nuclear weapons labs that are operating biological research facilities capable of researching and developing dangerous pathogens in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. One is the Los Alamos National Laboratory and the other is the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California.
Due to strict secrecy there is no way of knowing if both labs, the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Detrick, the Oak Ridge Ridge National Laboratory and many others are researching any of these deadly pathogens, for any purpose, including a depopulation bio-war.

The Department of Homeland Security's Fort Detrick lab and $500 million animal research facility have BLS-3 and 4 capabilities. Francis Anthony Boyle wrote the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act and covers it in his 2006 book, Bio-warfare and Terrorism. The ACT is part of Title 18 of the US Code, sections 175 - 178.
